Leading national property fund manager and developer, Centennial, has brought two industry heavyweights into its wealth distribution and asset management divisions, in response to its expanding investor-base and growth across the country's mid-space commercial real estate sector.
Twenty-year property investment and development veteran, Nick Lidonnici joins Centennial as Head of Portfolio Management where he will oversee the asset management team and fund management operations of the non-institutional industrial and logistics assets.
Lidonnici's broad experience covers all property asset classes, plus equity raisings and funds management in both the private and institutional sectors.
He joins Centennial following an extensive career at Charter Hall where he oversaw the strategic management and expansion of its industrial and logistics portfolio across four states, with a combined value in excess of $10 billion.
Lidonnici is based in Centennial's Melbourne office and is responsible for leading the office's growth and property investment opportunities throughout Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.
Joining Centennial's Sydney team is Dylan Tomkins who has been appointed Director of Wealth Management following a nine-year career at Centuria.
During his time at Centuria, Tomkins was pivotal in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and wholesale investors, together with raising new equity and coordinating investor and stakeholder relations.
Tomkins brings a wealth of property and real estate sector expertise that will enhance the investment opportunities for Centennial's partners and diverse client base.
Tomkins will also work closely with Centennial's asset teams to implement innovative strategies to help maximise client returns. His strong customer-centric approach and mission to achieve positive client outcomes aligns with Centennial's own corporate values and Tomkins' appointment is viewed as central to helping shape the experiences of clients and investors.
Centennial currently has more than $1.8 billion worth of property assets across Australia with a further $1.2 billion of projects in the pipeline. Managing Director and Group CEO, Adrian Taylor said, "Centennial is proud to welcome Nick and Dylan.
"Their understanding of corporate governance and risk management is underpinned by their equally strong exposure to all aspects of the property industry, and I have no doubt Nick and Dylan will add value to our expanding and dynamic team of professionals to enable us to continue delivering exceptional service to our many stakeholders."
