Leading national property fund manager and developer, Centennial, has bolstered its asset and leasing management team, hiring former Charter Hall Asset Manager, Jane Travers to the role of Asset & Leasing Manager, Queensland.
Based in Centennial's Brisbane office, Travers’s appointment is timely as the company responds to its growing asset portfolio in the mid-space commercial real estate sector, with a particular focus in Queensland on last mile industrial and logistics (I&L) urban infill sites.
Centennial only recently finalised the acquisition of three urban infill industrial sites in South East Queensland that when upgraded, will have an end value of approximately $130m.
Travers has more than ten years' experience working across both the industrial and logistics and office market sectors and in her most recent role, oversaw $1.5bn of FUM for Charter Hall's Queensland I&L portfolio.
Combined with her strong industrial sector experience, Travers also has expertise in the leasing, valuation and project management segments and her appointment will add to the diverse and wide-ranging skills possessed by Centennial's team throughout Australia.
The fund manager currently has more than $1.8 billion worth of property assets across Australia with a further $1.2 billion of projects in the pipeline. Centennial's Executive Director and CEO Industrial & Logistics Paul Ford said, "Centennial is proud to welcome Jane into the Centennial fold."
"I have no doubt she will be a great asset to our dynamic and growing team and her skills will add to our high levels of service delivery while enabling us to continue providing exceptional results and benefits to our many stakeholders."
