CBRE has won the Excellence in Facilities Management Practice award at the annual FM Industry Awards for Excellence.
The award recognises the strength of the enduring partnership between CBRE and Charter Hall Industrial & Logistics (I&L). Now in its third year, the portfolio encompasses 340 properties, with more than six million square meters of gross lettable area across Australia.
CBRE’s Executive Managing Director, Property Management, Pacific Natalie Slessor said the dedicated team of 23 Facilities Management professionals utilise real-time data, advanced platforms, and streamlined processes to deliver comprehensive maintenance solutions for Charter Hall and their tenants.
“David Tucker and the whole team working with Charter Hall I&L are humble, dedicated, and focused. They are such a great example of how to work well with a high-performance client like Charter Hall. Their unwavering commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of contract delivery, showcasing the holistic approach to facilities management that this award aims to recognise. It's an honour to work with these teams and see them thrive and add such value for our clients,” Ms Slessor added.
Ms Slessor noted that this year the team achieved significant advancements in site compliance, safety, and procurement outcomes. This success is attributed to the close collaboration with technology partners, suppliers, and vendors, which has enabled CBRE to re-engineer FM solutions, driving efficiency and elevating standards throughout the portfolio.
Hosted by the Facility Management Association of Australia, the awards celebrate the commitment and skill of individuals, teams, and organisations driving innovation and effective practices in facilities management to create safer and healthier workplaces and communities.
