JLL has sold a seven-hectare infill development site at Archerfield.
One of the last substantial vacant industrial land opportunities within Brisbane's southern industrial market has been sold.
JLL announced the sale of 296 Beatty Road, Archerfield for $15.25 million last month, after inviting expressions of interest for the site last year.
Located on the corner of Beatty Road and Kerry Road, the property has more than 460 metres of combined street frontage, with a total land area of 70,830 square metres.

The site is 12 radial kilometres from Brisbane's CBD, while also being close to major arterials and Acacia Ridge Marshalling Yards.
The precinct is known as a major logistics hub, with about 20 per cent of container imports through the Port of Brisbane being delivered within 10 radial kilometres of the Acacia Ridge Rail Terminal.
Selling agent Gary Hyland said there had been a strong response to the listing.
"Given the limited supply of larger land holdings, we received a large amount of interest during the campaign," he said.
