A Meadowbrook site earmarked for a private hospital or integrated health development south of Brisbane will it hit the market this month via an expressions of interest campaign conducted by Russell Allison and Jake McKinnon of Knight Frank.
A 70,000 square metre greenfield site in Meadowbrook is being offered for sale by an expression of interest campaign from Knight Frank.
Positioned on Ellerslie and Loganlea Roads, the land forms part of the Meadowbrook Master Plan in the City of Logan's developing Health and Wellbeing Precinct.
Knight Frank agents Russell Allison and Jake McKinnon are managing the expressions of interest campaign, which will conclude on March 29.

Mr Allison said despite strong levels of private health cover, the City of Logan was not currently serviced by a private hospital, with the nearest private facilities located in Brisbane.
"An increasing population, socio-demographic attributes and strong levels of private healthcare cover contribute to a need for private healthcare facilities in the City of Logan," he said.
“The City of Logan is currently not serviced by any private hospital facilities, despite 36.1% of residents holding private healthcare and 40.9% of residents with general healthcare cover.
"Logan's ageing population will grow faster than other areas in South East Queensland, with the 65-plus years cohort generating exponential impacts on demand for hospital-based procedures."
The site was identified as being within a Regional Economic Cluster (Knowledge and Technology Precinct) in the Queensland Government's South East Queensland Regional Plan 2017, while the recent announcement of the TransformingSEQ City Deal has brought further attention to the region.
Mr McKinnon said the Meadowbrook site was in a prominent position with easy access to the Logan Motorway, Logan Hospital, and Griffith University Logan Campus.
“Meadowbrook is an urban, mixed-use suburb of City of Logan, which benefits from being conveniently close to major pieces of transport infrastructure including the Pacific Motorway (M1), the Logan Motorway and the Brisbane to Gold Coast rail corridor," he said.
“The City of Logan is an emerging, dynamic and diverse city of Queensland, home to more than 320,000 people, and projected to grow to 500,000 in less than 20 years.
"It is entering a stage of rapid growth and a new era of development."
