Two investment properties, located in the heart of the Riverland, in Renmark, South Australia have been listed for sale through Savills Australia.
Two investment properties in South Australia's rural Riverland region are on the market.
Peter Isaksson, Steve Bobridge and Andrew Nagy of Savills Australia have been appointed to sell the Renmark properties, both of which are leased to the Better Drinks Company.
The site at 29 Kernich Street offers an office and factory facility comprising 3,474 square metres with a canopy of 630 square metres., totalling 4,104 square metres.

Mr Isaksson added both properties offered a five-year-plus five year right of renewal to The Better Drinks Co Pty Ltd, with leases expiring in February 2033 and October 2027 for 38 Kuhlmann Road and 29 Kernich Street respectively.
“This supports the long term secure nature of the offerings and there is a likelihood of expanding the Kernich Road site which the 4ha land holding can well accommodate," he said.
Both properties are being offered for sale by Private Treaty combined or separately through Savills Australia, with Expressions of Interest closing on Wednesday 7 August 2019 at 4pm.
