REAL Specialists agents Aaron Neylan and Darren Jones have overseen the successful sale of more than a hectare of surplus industrial land in the Tweed Shire.
The database of REAL Specialists Commercial has been the "key driver" in the sale of a surplus industrial block of land on the NSW North Coast to a local operator.
Agents Aaron Neylan and Darren Jones fielded more than 50 enquires and 11 offers throughout the four-week expressions of interest campaign, which culminated in the property at 26-28 Naru St, Chinderah being transacted for $1,455,000.
Mr Neylan said the result "was a really good win" for all involved, adding that the REAL Specialists database was responsible for more than 50 per cent of enquiries at the site.
At a glance:
"It was a successful campaign run across multiple platforms, but the main enquiry driver was the REAL Specialists national database," he said.
"We were also lucky in the sense we have been working two blocks down at 18-20 Naru Street, selling industrial units off the plan, which are now almost all sold and managed to helped with the enquiries.
"Potential buyers could see what was possible in that street."

Comprising 1.1 hectares, the property is situated approximately 12 kilometres south of the Gold Coast International Airport and less than five kilometres from Kingscliff CBD.
There is also proximity to the established Tweed Heads South commercial precinct and the new $540m Tweed Valley Hospital site, as well as good access to the M1 Motorway.
The land, which is zoned IN1 General Industrial, was put on the market by Transport NSW.
