The 9,661sqm of general industrial zoned land was purchased by -, Brooks Hire Service, one of Australia’s largest independent mining equipment hire company.
The undeveloped nature of the property presented a value-add opportunity to the buyer who are expanding their existing premises due the increased mining activity in WA.

Mr Fife said, “Owner occupier activity especially in the sub $10 million price range has increased significantly on the back of accelerated consumer confidence and the strong performance of the local WA economy.”
The property featured a freehold land parcel with older style industrial buildings being positioned on a high-profile corner position with direct frontage to Orrong Road. JLL noted whilst the improvements were functional and habitable, the sale represented land value.
Mr Goodridge said, “The appetite for core infill locations and industrial sites in our premier eastern corridor locations continues to build and vacant land or underdeveloped opportunities are becoming rare.”
39-45 Murray Road North, is one of the last remaining circa 1Ha industrial parcels of land available in Welshpool- one of Perth’s most tightly held industrial precincts.
