Growing concrete specialist XL Group will add a base in Smithfield to its Yennora headquarters in Sydney’s west. CBRE Janet Joljian and Elijah Shakir secured the tenancy on behalf of the vendor, Snowside Pty Ltd.

It has signed a two-year lease for Building 2, 106-128 Woodpark Road in Smithfield, for an annual gross rent of $500,000+GST.

The property features a 4,300sqm warehouse and will accommodate the business’s XL Precast arm, which specialises in precast walls, columns and floors.

Woodpark Road runs off the Cumberland Highway, and is just south of the M4 Motorway and Great Western Highway.

CBRE’s Janet Joljian and Elijah Shakir secured the tenancy on behalf of the vendor, Snowside Pty Ltd.

“XL Precast was attracted to the functional nature of the building and the site’s proximity to the Cumberland Highway and M4 Motorway,” Ms Joljian said.
