Martin James has been appointed to the role of JLL’s Head of Industrial & Logistics based in Adelaide, reporting to JLL’s Managing Director - (South Australia), Ben Parkinson.
Martin James has been appointed to the role of JLL’s Head of Industrial & Logistics based in Adelaide, reporting to JLL’s Managing Director - (South Australia), Ben Parkinson.
Martin is a returning JLL employee, where he previously held the position of Associate Director in the industrial team in Adelaide for five-years.
Martin most recently worked for a national investment company Centennial Property Group where he oversaw the Victorian and South Australian industrial investment portfolio.
Prior to this role Martin was Head of Property Development at Adelaide and Parafield Airports and was involved in projects that involved Mitsubishi Motors, Oz Minerals and Australian Clinical Labs with a specific focus on commercial and industrial estate development, feasibility and master planning.
Martin holds more than 30-years of industrial experience across management, leasing, sales and developments within the South Australian industrial property market having successfully represented Federal, State and Local Government, national property funds and a diverse cross section of South Australian businesses.
