Boutique high-end commercial agency, Dawkins Occhiuto, has secured the services of well-known and highly regarded industrial investment specialist, Ben Hegerty.

Mr Hegerty will take on the role of Director, Industrial Capital Markets, after spending the last five years at CBRE as, most recently, Senior Director - Capital Markets, Industrial & Logistics.

Dawkins Occhiuto Director, Chris Jones, said he was delighted to announce such a key appointment in the midst of arguably the greatest period of industrial market activity in several decades.

Mr Hegerty will take up his new role immediately.
