JLL has announced the appointment of Ben Hegerty, who has returned to JLL as Head of Logistics and Industrial, Capital Markets – Australia. JLL’s Head of Capital Markets – Australia, Fergal G Harris said, “We are delighted to have Ben return to JLL to lead the high growth logistics and industrial sector, which currently represents a market value in the region of $235 billion in assets in Australia.
JLL has announced the appointment of Ben Hegerty, who has returned to JLL as Head of Logistics and Industrial, Capital Markets – Australia.
In this key national role, Ben will focus on industrial investments while working closely with JLL’s markets business to bring a full service to our clients.
Ben has more than 20 years’ experience specialising in investment transactions, sale and leasebacks, development and forward funded structures. After leaving JLL in 2010, Ben went on to senior roles at CBRE and most recently, boutique firm Dawkins Occhiuto.
