RWC Queensland has strengthened its team as industrial expert Paul Anderson rejoins the business as Director of Industrial Sales.
After previously working for RWC Queensland for 10 years, Paul took an opportunity to experience working for a global corporate business. However, Paul said the support and opportunity that came with being part of the RWC network could not be beaten.
“The advantages of being part of Australasia’s largest real estate business is second to none, the referral business throughout the broader network provides access to really interesting listings and deals,” Paul said.
“The entrepreneurial spirit of the business provides an ongoing dynamic in the marketplace.
“The corporate team and sister business lines, including Loan Market and Ray White Valuations, create a one stop shop for clients and customers.”
While Paul started his career focussing on Brisbane’s fringe areas, he has come to develop his reputation as an industrial expert. Some of Paul’s noteworthy deals include the sale of 110 Links Avenue, Eagle Farm, and surrounding properties for $29 million, a 6ha site at 692 Curtin Avenue, Pinkenba; a 4ha site at 34 Postle Street, Coopers Plains, and more recently a 6ha site at Stanley Street East at Brendale.
“Industrial transactions quite often involve significant problem solving,” he said.
“That is the element that I enjoy the most, and as an agent it gives you considerable scope to add value and create long term relationships.”
Over the next 12 months, Paul said his goal is to get great listings and provide the best service to his clients.
“I aim to list high quality and bankable sale opportunities and offer them to the market in a bespoke fashion to suit the specific objectives of the client,” he said.
“I constantly review our local market, the national market, and keep an eye on metrics in key global markets such as America.
“My focus is always to keep my clients ahead of the game.
“The groups that I have observed who have had the best success generally buy when the market is selling, and vice versa.”
RWC Queensland Managing Director and Partner Michael McCullagh said: "We are excited to welcome someone of Paul’s experience and expertise back to RWC Queensland.
“Paul has 25 years experience in the Brisbane industrial market and coupled with his renewed energy, we look forward to working with him to collectively chase our potential.
“He has a depth of market knowledge and connections you only get from more than two decades in the business and, after a two year hiatus at another firm, we are buoyed by the fact he again sees RWC Queensland as the best springboard for the next stage of his career.”
