National builder and developer Vaughan Constructions has announced the appointment of the highly regarded Luke Stambolis to the position of CEO following the retirement of Andrew Noble.

Mr Stambolis brings to Vaughans extensive construction industry experience over more than 27 years having worked in several tier 1 commercial firms in both the UK and Australia culminating in state and national managing director positions.

Vaughan family shareholders Matt and Ken Vaughan welcomed Mr Stambolis’ appointment.

“And the timing is also great for Vaughans as the company continues on what has been a very successful national growth strategy over recent years,’’ Ken and Matt Vaughan said.

They said the company would continue to focus on the industrial, logistics, manufacturing, food and data sectors while building on tested capabilities within the education and civic sectors.

The popular Mr Noble will exit as of June 30 after serving 35 years with the company.
