This approach is evident in the career journey of Colliers Industrial & Logistics expert Belinda Tolevski. 

Belinda joined Colliers in 2013 as a Team Assistant on a 4-week contract, which quickly turned into a full-time role within the South Sydney Industrial & Logistics team.

With a strong focus on succeeding and delivering enduring value, Belinda demonstrated her valuable skills and, within 6 months, was promoted to a Personal Assistant and then, not long after, added Operations Manager to her title. 

Across 10 years in a support role working for a highly successful operator, Belinda quickly built a reputation within the business for being reliable, hardworking, and learning the skills involved in the campaign process. 

Belinda mentions “I have always been driven to do more and push myself to grow, and after 10 years in my role, I was ready to take on my next challenge.”

With this in mind, Belinda decided to take her next journey with the Colliers business as an Executive within South Sydney Industrial & Logistics team.  

Working across the South Sydney market, Belinda is already succeeding with several opportunities in the pipeline. She is currently focused on establishing strong client relationships, building further on her knowledge of the market, and seeking every opportunity to deliver enduring value to both the team and clients. 

“I am busy canvassing, building relationships, and working with the team to further develop my skills.” Said Belinda. 

Colliers Industrial & Logistics business goal is to further educate and promote from within. “My advice to those seeking to take the next step in their career and to become an agent is to surround yourself with a variety of operators to learn from; everyone is different and will offer a variety of skills for you to pick up. Absorbing information is key, as is being diligent as well as listening.” Mentioned Belinda. 

Belinda’s addition to the team as an operator provides a value add, further enhancing the Colliers Industrial & Logistics footprint and presence in South Sydney to better service its clients. Her industry and market knowledge attained in the previous roles, have already provided considerable value and will continue to do so as she progresses.
