HQ Epping offers a total of eight lots that have come to market, currently in stage one development.
JLL’s Anthony Cannizzaro, Mario Moscon and Arthur Vainbrant together with CBRE and Leedwell Property have been appointed to sell HQ Epping on behalf of Sector Property Group who are developing the site.
HQ Epping includes eight titled lots at 73 Miller Street, Epping and are being offered for sale via an Expressions-Of-Interest campaign and are expecting each lot to sell for more than $900 per sqm.
Each lot ranges between 1,557sqm and 2,076 sqm with expected buyer groups to be developers, investors and owner occupiers.
Mr Cannizzaro said, “Floorspace absorption from e-commerce reached an all-time high in 2021 with around 1 million sqm of logistics space required due to online sales currently occupying 13% of all retail sales.”
Epping has undergone significant change with major social and infrastructure projects scheduled for the next 5-15 years that include the North East Link set for completion in 2027-2028, Western Ring Road upgrades set for completion in early 2023 and the new Epping on Cooper Street that is expected to include more than 2,000 new homes and a northern private hospital scheduled for completion in 15 years.
More recently in August 2021, the widening of O’Herns Road and the Diamond Interchange on Hume Freeway was completed, and the extension of Edgars Road was also completed in June last year.
