One of the last remaining industrial allotments of scale in Epping has hit the market.

JLL’s Directors of Logistics & Industrial- (Victoria) Mario Moscon and Anthony Cannizzaro and Executive Arthur Vainbrant have been appointed to sell 30 Willandra Drive, Epping via an Expressions-Of-Interest campaign on behalf of McMullin.

Mr Moscon said, “This substantial holding offers occupiers and developers a rare parcel of Comprehensive Development Zone (CDZ-2) land, which allows for flexibility to build and develop new product.”

“Potential buyer groups will likely include owner occupiers, investors and developers,” Mr Moscon said.

The 8,495sqm rectangular shaped allotment holds a substantial frontage of around 67.07 sqm to Willandra Drive and is a versatile asset suitable for a variety of uses.

The site is situated almost immediately off Cooper Street and is within close proximity to the Mantra Hotel, Northern Hospital, Epping Plaza Shopping Centre and neighbouring residential catchments. Additionally, the site is positioned within an established manufacturing and distribution location which has excellent transport linkages, extensive staff and business amenity, signalised access points and is surrounded by a quality environment.

Epping has undergone significant change with major social and infrastructure projects scheduled for the next 5-15 years that include the North East Link set for completion in 2027-2028, Western Ring Road upgrades set for completion in early 2023 and the new Epping on Cooper Street that is expected to include more than 2,000 new homes and a northern private hospital scheduled for completion in 15 years.
