Vision RV has expanded its Sunshine Coast operations after leasing 1,120sqm of additional workshop space in Coolum.

CBRE Sunshine Coast directors Glen Grimish and Brendan Robins negotiated the three-year, 236 Quanda Road lease to accommodate the company’s growing requirements to manufacture and assemble RVs.

The space is in addition to its existing Coolum headquarters, which occupy a 2,166sqm site at 57 Lysaght Street.

Vision RV is part of the larger Sunseeker Caravans group, which was established in 2013 and has its main retail display yard in the Sunshine Coast suburb of Warana.

CBRE negotiated the Quanda Road lease on behalf of a long-term client, transitioning Vision RV into the space with no vacancy period for the owner.
