Colliers Paul Tierney and Tom Barrett have in conjunction with Leedwell’s Steve Smith and Henry Treloar been appointed to lease the Inner North Distribution Centre in Green Fields, just north of Adelaide’s CBD, on behalf of Centennial.

Paul Tierney, National Director, Colliers, has been involved with the property for several years from an initial advisory role when the land was first developed in 2002 and has sold the premises twice since 2017, including the latest sale to Centennial for $19.65 million.
