Acacia Ridge industrial precinct South Brisbane for sale through Lachlan Hateley and David Knox of Knight Frank in conjunction with Michael Richardson and Ben Clarke of CG Property.
One of the last developable land parcels within the sought-after Acacia Ridge industrial precinct, in Brisbane’s south, is up for sale.
The 10,100sq m property at 13 Loam Street is ready for immediate development.
It has current development approval for a 5,644sq m industrial facility with the ability to split into three units.
The regular-shaped block with two-street access to Loam Street and Competition Court is strategically located near the Archerfield Airport, providing convenient access to the Ipswich Motorway and Beaudesert Road.
By road, it is around 15 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD, 28 kilometres from the Brisbane Airport and 32 kilometres from the Port of Brisbane.
The vacant land parcel is being marketed for sale via an Expressions of Interest campaign run by Lachlan Hateley and David Knox of Knight Frank in conjunction with Michael Richardson and Ben Clarke of CG Property.
Mr Hateley said the property was expected to generate strong buyer interest during the sale campaign amid an ongoing shortage of industrial stock in Brisbane.
“There is still strong competition amongst buyers for industrial property, including both investors and developers, as well as owner-occupiers looking to buy their own site as market rental rates continue to increase,” he said.
“This block is ready to be built on, with development approval in place, which will be an added drawcard for buyers.”
Mr Richardson said the Loam Street parcel of land was situated within the Acacia Ridge industrial precinct, one of Brisbane South’s most sought after warehousing and manufacturing locations.
“The precinct is a destination to many well-known domestic and international occupiers with a mixture of manufacturing and distribution that can take advantage of the site’s central location to the CBD and all major arterials,” he said.
The Expressions of Interest campaign for the property will close at 4pm AEST on Thursday, July 27.
