A Slacks Creek industrial site which was damaged by fire has sold prior to auction for $3 million.
Located at 3373 Pacific Highway, the 2,600sqm partially developed land parcel includes an existing 185sqm retail/office space as well as six in-ground pools.
The property was marketed by RWC Southwest agents Jaems Balfour and Lachie Hale on behalf of a private Western Australian investor.
“The property is a main road site with unrivalled exposure to the motorway,” Mr Balfour said.
“The site offered a multitude of development opportunities in the present and the future.
“The fact that the site was underdeveloped was its drawcard with no vacant land left along this corridor.
“The well appointed office space allowed for immediate occupation for the right user.”
Mr Hale said the site was bought by a local owner occupier who was looking to expand his business in the Slacks Creek precinct.
“We had strong interest with over 40 online enquiries in a short period prior to the auction,” he said.
“We had a wide range of interested parties from developers, owner occupiers and investors.
“Demand is still very strong in the Slacks Creek precinct with market records still being broken for both sales and leasing.
“The dense area and flexible zoning continues to draw in national brands and businesses.”
