Salta Properties has speculatively developed 135-145 Atlas Boulevard, Dandenong South with a total of 24,859 sqm of lettable space and an estimated value of $65m.
Warehouse one comprises 14,127 sqm of warehouse with four recessed loading docks, 6,576 sqm of hardstand plus 586 sqm of office space.
The second warehouse offers 9,446 sqm of warehouse, two recessed loading docks, 4,887 sqm of hardstand and 500 sqm of office space across two levels.
