Eight high-exposure warehouses in a new development in Truganina, in Melbourne’s west for sale.

The properties at 4 Amherst Drive, which have both office and warehouse space, range in size from 672sq m to 1,261sq m.

The office component ranges from 81sq m to 126sq m, while the warehouse component ranges from 591sq m to 1,135sq m.

They are being taken to the market via Private Sale by Knight Frank agents Andrew Gallucci and Steve Jones in conjunction with Savills agents Tom Edwards, Danielle Tadi and Tegan O’Brien.

Mr Gallucci said one of the biggest drawcards of the warehouses was their location.
