A purpose built cold storage facility has been sold for $1.85 million with vacant possession by Colliers’ Paul Tierney, National Director, Industrial & Logistics and Tom Barrett, Director, Industrial & Logistics. 

Lot 16 & 17 Hull Court is located approximately 25 kilometres south of the Adelaide CBD within the  established outer-southern industrial precinct of Lonsdale.

This land rich highly specialised facility drew a lot of interest from a wide range of potential users. The challenge of finding the right purchaser for this asset from the market was something the Adelaide Industrial & Logistics team relished and are satisfied with the perserverance and ultimate outcome.
