A Mansfield industrial unit located at 3/39 Devlan Street, Mansfield sold by RWC Gateway agent Ben Sands on behalf of a local investor who was retiring.
A Mansfield industrial unit has been snapped up by an owner occupier for $2.175 million.
Located at 3/39 Devlan Street, Mansfield, the 617sqm unit was marketed by RWC Gateway agent Ben Sands on behalf of a local investor who was retiring.
Mr Sands said the unit attracted a lot of interest throughout the expressions of interest campaign.
“It’s a street-facing unit in the tightly held Mansfield industrial precinct with a high-clearance warehouse and internal crane,” he said.
“Significant interest led to a successful contract with only two weeks on the market.
“Interest predominantly came from owner occupiers, with local business Solar Style purchasing the property with the intention of occupying the premises.”
Mr Sands said the demand for industrial assets from owner occupiers was still very strong.
“The market is extremely tight for properties of this size with vacant possession leading to a competitive buyer market and market-leading prices,” he said.
