An industrial development site on the Sunshine Coast ripe for a small lot subdivision will be met with strong buyer demand as it hits the market this week given the lack of supply in the region.

The 16.49 hectare property at 8 Roys Road in Beerwah sits in the local area priority industrial precinct and is ideally located just off Steve Irwin Way, with the Bruce Highway only a five-minute drive away.

It is being taken to the market via an Expressions of Interest campaign run by Knight Frank agents Chris Sales and Mark Clifford.

Mr Sales said the property offered the opportunity to acquire a development pipeline of genuine scale in a tightly held and high-performing market.
