Affinity Windows subleases Viridian’s former Jandakot base negotiated by CBRE
Affinity Windows, a division of BGC, is relocating to a larger, state of the art premises in Jandakot. CBRE Geoff Fraser brokered the five-year sublease deal on behalf of CSR Building Products Group.
